Urgent!! Need help to decide the right test for my research

Hi,

I am conducting research on coffee industry, my topic is to identify the most important factors that influence the customer retention. the factors that i am studying are "price, quality, product range & shop ambiance".

My hypothesis that i want to test is "coffee Quality is positively associated with customer retention".

Kindly help me for the following:

1. what should be the question in the questionnaire to test this hypothesis?
2. Which test should i choose in spss to test this hypothesis.

Kindly help me asap.. as i have to complete this research within 2 days.

Don't you have a design or questionnaire, but are intended to finish your research within 2 days?! sounds strange to me.

By the way, I think you have a long way until preparing the right type of questionnaire with valid and balanced questions. You have to search the literature and based on your understandings, create or borrow some good questions and then test their merit. It seems like a multi-month study, not a two-day one.

I have completed the literature review. Will some buddy suggest me the solution of my problem? I have completed 90% of the work, i just need a second opinion about the questions below,

The question(s) concering quality and, perhaps, customer retention.
It is not quite clear what you are asking. Do you want to know how
to design the respective question(s)? In that case you'd have to give
some more information, e.g. on how "quality" is defined in your study.

2. Which test should i choose in spss to test this hypothesis.

That clearly depends on how the questions are designed.
