What statistical techniques to apply when comparing cronbach's alpha in a Meta-analysis

I am doing a meta-analysis in which I am comparing 3 outcomes measures across multiple studies:

(1) Cronbach's alpha

(2) Kappa coefficient or Interclass correlation coefficient (depending on which study chose what measure)

(3) Spearman Rank Correlation coefficient or Pearson correlation (depending on which study chose what measure)

I want to compare each of these outcomes across all studies independently (So compare all Cronbach Alpha coefficients of all related studies to obtain an overall value).
What steps are needed to do this? What statistical test is needed? And does the raw data need to be transformed before I can do this?
